ARRANGING A PETSITTING

STEP 1; BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE

* Call us a few days prior to your need

* During major holidays or summer months, please

allow at least one week

* Overnights require at least three week's notice

* We do try to accomodate all emergency situations

with last minute notice

STEP 2: INITIAL VISIT

*We will arrange a visit to meet you and your pet(s)

and get detailed information about your needs. All

pertinent information concerning your pet(s) and

home will be recorded on our service contract.

*We discuss any special needs or medications your

pets may have and any additional services you might

require during your absence.

* At this time, we pick up your key (garage door opener,

security remote, etc.)

STEP 3; UPON YOUR RETURN

* Call or page us as soon as you return

* If you are not on our READY-KEY system, your key will be returned

and we will ensure that you are completely satisfied
