Mexican Spotted Owl Project
From 1994 through March 2003, I was the project leader for a Mexican spotted owl demography project. The demography project had two study sites, one on the Coconino National Forest, Arizona and one on the Gila National Forest, New Mexico. We completed our 12th year of field data collection in 2002. The University of Minnesota Spotted Owl Research Group homepage contains information and links for current and past spotted owl projects of our research group.
